Cancellation Policy
This policy describes how cancellation works for the current paid access flow and the subscription behavior currently implemented on the website.
Current paid access
The current build does not auto-renew and does not create a recurring charge. A successful paid subscription grants access for the stated 30-day period. Access then returns to the Free plan unless the customer purchases another period.
Closing an account
Closing an account or emailing contact@skynacues.com does not create a partial refund. Refund eligibility is handled under the Return / Refund Policy.
If recurring billing is introduced
If recurring billing is introduced later, it must be disclosed before charging and must be cancellable by email before the next charge.
