These terms apply to the Skynacues Intellectics website, account dashboard, software tools, protected digital downloads, demos, pilots, and technical services currently offered.
Accounts and access
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate account details. Access to software and downloads is available through the verified account for the active paid period.
Licence and restrictions
Access is a limited licence for the active paid period. Users may not share accounts, resell access, copy the software or downloads, reverse engineer them, or bypass access controls.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for legal compliance, required permissions, testing, and all real-world flight or operational decisions. Skynacues tools do not replace the customer's own safety, technical, or operational judgment.
Suspension
Access may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, or a security risk. Suspension does not remove the customer's responsibility for activity carried out through the account.
